Pride Kicks of In

Miami Beach Gay Pride Parade

Miami Beach Gay Pride is a celebration that brings out the best in us all.

Pride Float

For the second time, Miami Beach Gay Pride will be awarding the best entry in the parade for encompassing the most creative approach in the spirit of Pride . Besides being announced as the winner at Pride in front of a mass audience, the winner will be noted in the Miami Beach Gay Pride Parade plaque at Miami Beach's LGBT Visitor Center. This will be on display for the community to see for years to come. Do you think you have what it takes to bring home this prestigious recognition? We hope you’ll bring it!

About the Floats

Festive Floats

Festive Floats bring the floats to the parade, drives them through the parade and returns them to the warehouse in Tampa. We supply the towing vehicle, driver, generator, minimal sound system and fuel. There is also $1,000,000.00 general liability insurance carried on each float. The only thing people need to supply are people ready to have fun, their signs and a CD. If they want to provide their own sound system that is fine. They can connect it to the generator for power. They just need to be ready to remove it at the end of the parade. The price for floats is in the neighborhood of $2,000.00.
